The NCDEA employs experienced, dedicated and respected teachers and trainers, managers and support staff. Our trainers come from dairy farms, dairy manufacturing, education and business.
The NCDEA delivers nationally accredited courses in agriculture from Certificate II through to Advanced Diploma and may offer pathways to degrees as well as individualised courses for organisations and groups.
The NCDEA's role for the dairy industry is to establish a national learning and development framework for the dairy industry career path supported by first class resources and national standards.
