The National Centre for Dairy Education Australia Northern dairy processing campus is based at the Fryers Street Campus where it shares the location with the Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE and Innoven. Shepparton is known as the food bowl of Australia and has a well developed regional food and dairy processing industry.
Where are we?
The Fryers Street Campus is located in the Shepparton CBD on the corner of Corio Street, just a short walk from the post office, bus services and the train station.
What do we do?
The Fryers Street Campus is the administrative hub for the NCDEA Dairy Farming and Dairy Processing sectors. It also houses a pilot plant used for training and by food processing companies.
