Cheese Making Theory & Practice
This course will look at theory and production of cheese products. Two days of theory are followed by three days of practical production.
Practical Cheesemaking
An all practical Cheesemaking week. Participants do all work under careful supervision, preparing starters, standardising and pasteuring milk, making many cheese styles.
