Laboratory/Factory Technician
Janice is an experienced member of the Dairy Processing team with 22 years of working in the dairy industry in laboratory and cheese rooms.
Janice's role is to set up and assist with all laboratory and factory practical sessions including cheesemaking short courses.
Janice has qualifications in OH&S for laboratory and factory and a Certificate IV in Dairy Technology.
