PROFILE - Ian Murray
Industry Trainer
Ian Murray has over 20 years experience in food manufacturing, working for Uncle Toby's, Goodman Fielder, Kraft and most recently as site training co coordinator for Nestle at one of their confectionary plants.
Ian has held various roles from project leader, to production manger to a toaster operator. Ian has a degree in science, diplomas in flour milling from The UK and Australia, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Ian is a committee member of the Australian Technical Millers' Association.
Responsible for the delivery of Certificates I, II and III in food processing to member companies, Ian will be an active contributor to the development of the diploma course for dairy manufacture, with particular emphasis on workplace performance improvement.
