PROFILE - Wayne Kelly

Wayne has 38 years experience in the dairy industry, beginning in 1970 in Gippsland, then with MG, followed by 26 years with Bonlac including 12 years managing the Western Star cheese plant and 14 years as R&D and technical manager developing new processes and products in many of the Bonlac plants.
In 2000, 18 months was spent with APV assisting clients in problem solving issues, then on to Lactos for four years managing their Mulgrave cheese plant until NFL takeover in 2006.
For the past two years Wayne has been consulting to a number of clients in the dairy industry on adding value to the production chain as well as NCDEA training in Membrane separation in between travels throughout Australia.
